Orientation already happened on Friday, June 5, 2026. Race day is Sunday, June 14, 2026. Palmer Ridge needs 15 athlete volunteers at the Balanced Rock station.

Balanced Rock details
The station theme is Minions. Families should plan on entering through Manitou, arriving by 5:45 a.m., and wrapping up around 10:00 a.m.
We can use help with costumes, station theme pieces, and the Valentine-style vote box for runners to vote on the aid-station contest.

Waiver deadline
Please make sure a parent or adult guardian signs the volunteer waiver for any athlete under 18 and gets it to Coach Luke by Friday, June 12, 2026.

Next aid station after that
Barr Trail Mountain Race is the second school-side fundraiser. Palmer Ridge is assigned to Bob's Road Aid Station. We need 10 athlete volunteers. BTMR orientation is July 9, 2026 and race day is Sunday, July 19, 2026.

This is the peach fundraiser flyer. Peaches only this year. No pears. Start with family, neighbors, coworkers, and past buyers.

Camp Dates
Aug. 1-4
Crested Butte, 3 nights, target cost $325-350 all-in.

Families should be ready to deliver once the arrival date is confirmed.

Price
Full box: $60 | Half box: $35
Venmo is @BearsTC with a $2 fee, so that becomes $62 for a full box and $37 for a half box.

Athlete Credit
$16 full | $12 half
Credits can go toward camp, NXR, or both.
|
Camp Cost Includes
Transportation, food at camp except athlete snacks, lodging, and team activities.

Team challenge
Last year the team sold $11,195. If we beat that and go over $12,000 this year, Coach Luke does the Taco Bell 50K.
