Final peach orders are due Friday, July 10

Hi Palmer Ridge XC families,

Final peach orders and money are due Friday, July 10, 2026.

Please submit your final order online so we can place the vendor order and apply athlete credits correctly.

What to submit

Use the online order sheet

Customer info - name and phone number for each order.

Box count - full and half boxes.

Payment method - cash, check, Venmo, or not paid yet.

Pickup/delivery notes - especially if you may be out of town or need help.

Final order form

The online form now works like the paper order sheet. Athletes can fill in each customer row directly.

If you already filled out the paper order form, you can upload a clear photo of it instead. The form will scan the photo into the totals.

Please mark Venmo on the order sheet.

I will get confirmation on the peach delivery date this weekend. Please use the pickup/delivery section of the form if you may be out of town, cannot pick up peaches when they arrive, need someone to pick up your family’s peaches, or need help delivering customer orders.

These credits can go toward Altitude Camp and/or NXR.

Please do not wait until the last minute. I need final numbers so we can get the vendor order organized and apply athlete credits correctly.
